Management Process
Proven management techniques relating to Time, Cost and Quality are
applied to all our projects. Programmes establishing critical dates,
milestones and the like are put in place which include activities
and requirements for all parties to the project including key client
in put dates as appropriate.
A regime of meetings and reporting procedures monitor and control
programme and performance. Meetings throughout the design phases of
a project ensure that clients are aware of any constraints as they
occur and they can be overcome in the quickest, easiest and most cost
effective manner. Cost monitoring and cost control forms a vital part
of the overall management process and, where appropriate, options
involving technical and cost considerations are prepared for review
and resolution. Design reviews form an integral part of the overall
process.
Procedures applied include:
- Monitor progress achieved against progress programme.
- Maintain cost review and cost control.
- Consider matters relating to delays and extensions of time.
- Monitor quality.
Project Plan
Immediately on commencement, a project plan is established clearly
identifying all parties, key personnel, communications procedures
and document distribution procedures. A project programme clearly
defines appropriate milestones. Guidelines are established for progressive
review procedures beyond those specifically outlined in the various
stage/ phase requirements of the work. A policy of keeping all relevant
parties fully informed and up to date concerning in puts and outputs
is implemented for each project.
